aithinksof.me is an entertainment service that uses artificial intelligence to generate humorous personality profiles and caricature images based on social media content you provide. The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Content

  • You are solely responsible for the social media content you submit to the Service.
  • You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit (i.e., it is your own content or you have permission to use it).
  • Do not submit content belonging to others without their consent. Generating profiles about other people using their data without their permission may violate their privacy rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • All personality profiles, roasts, trait analyses, and caricature images are generated by third-party AI models and are intended as entertainment only.
  • AI-generated content does not represent factual assessments, professional evaluations, or our opinions.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, humorous, exaggerated, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content.
  • You use AI-generated content at your own risk and discretion.

6. Free Credits & Usage Limits

  • New users receive a limited number of free generation credits.
  • We reserve the right to modify, reduce, or eliminate free credits at any time without notice.
  • Usage may be subject to daily limits and rate limiting to ensure fair access for all users.
  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts, manipulating cookies) is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, its design, branding, and code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • AI-generated images and text created through the Service may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI).
  • You may share your generated results via the provided sharing features for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, bully, defame, or harm others.
  • Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or violates others' rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service.
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
